機構總部 Unasur係一座機構總部大樓，位於厄瓜多爾基多以北、世界中心紀念碑（Mitad del Mundo）旁邊。大約75%嘅建築功能空間設於地底，令建築體量保持低過附近嘅紀念碑。堅固嘅鋼筋混凝土核心筒支撐住兩條大型金屬桁架，形成一條可供使用嘅樑體，懸臂長達56米而無需任何支撐。建築材料包括混凝土、鋼材、場地內採石場開採嘅石材，以及深色雙層中空玻璃。集水系統、對流通風同自然採光有效減低能源消耗。大樓周圍嘅開放空間全部向公眾開放。
