巡迴演唱會 《埋萌》以「珍惜當下」為主題，係一個誌慶華語流行樂壇三十五年演藝生涯嘅巡迴演唱會。呢個巡演將重新演繹嘅經典歌曲同極簡舞台設計融為一體。模組化、可移動兼透明嘅LED屏幕呈現高解像度嘅視覺影像，配合每首歌嘅情感氛圍。燈光同音樂節奏同步，音響效果亦會因應每個場地作出調校。城市專屬歌曲、現場大合唱同埋隱藏嘅手寫信件，邀請觀眾一齊參與其中。呢個巡演旨在連繫多年嘅老歌迷同年輕一代嘅觀眾。
